All Bookings now require a non refundable Booking fee of £10 for Single treatments or Readings and £20 for the pamper sessions or for more than one treatment or reading. Your appointment is not confirmed until this fee is received. This will be deducted from the overall cost of the treatment/reading on the day. If you have to cancel your appointment you will be allowed to move the booking fee to the next appointment if you give 48 hours notice on one occasion only. If you then cancel after a reschedule you will need to pay the booking fee again and the original booking fee will not be refunded. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice the booking fee will not be refunded and you will need to pay a new booking fee to rebook your appointment. Any questions please ask.
