What is Essential Oil Therapy?
I am an ITEC qualified Aromatherapist, and I offer a bespoke Essential Oil Therapy service.
Essential oil therapy is the use of Essential Oils to support Emotional and Physical Health & Well-being. I carry out a short consultation which can be done over the phone, email or online on Teams
I work with you to establish your physical and emotional needs and then I devise a tailor made blend especially for you.
The blend is then sent out for you to use in the comfort of your own home. This means you are able to use the oils on a daily basis rather than having to keep booking appointments.
Benefits of Essential Oil Therapy
Blends can be made to support the symptoms of menopause, pre menstrual/menstrual pain/discomfort, sleep, relaxation, asthma, digestive symptoms, anxiety, headaches, migraine and so much more.
